Growing up I learned from my parents: “if you can complain, you can do something about the problem” and “a change of scenery is always within reach”. A journal, a storybook, a paintbrush, a trip.

I get geeked about things like cooking, traveling, and yoga. My blogging journey started way back when my daughter was a pre-teen. She now has her own daughter, so we take turns being proud of each other. I read often, volunteer occasionally and write when I can organize my thoughts.
